RufLab offers three plans sized for different call volumes: Solo for up to around 10 calls per day, Betrieb for up to 20, and Mittelstand for up to 80. All plans include the same core features — the difference is the number of included minutes per month. You can start with any plan and upgrade or downgrade at any time.t
All prices are net, plus VAT. Plans are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time — there is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fee.

Extra minutes

If you exceed your plan’s included minutes in any given month, extra minutes are billed in 100-minute blocks at the end of the billing period:

Higher-tier plans have a lower per-minute rate for overages. If you regularly exceed your included minutes, upgrading to the next plan is typically more cost-effective.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. All plans come with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start. You get full access to all features during the trial so you can test the assistant with real calls before deciding on a plan.
Yes. All RufLab plans are billed month-to-month (or annually if you choose the annual option) and can be cancelled at any time without a cancellation fee. There is no minimum contract period.
No. There are no setup fees and no hidden costs for integrations, support, or additional assistants. Personal configuration support is included in every plan. The only variable cost is SMS notifications at €0.15 per SMS and extra minutes if you exceed your plan’s included allowance.
Extra minutes are billed in 100-minute blocks at the end of the billing period. The rate depends on your plan: €20 per 100 minutes on Solo, €18 on Betrieb, and €16 on Mittelstand. You can monitor your usage in real time from the dashboard.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. There are no penalties for changing plans.
Yes. All call data is stored on ISO 27001-certified servers in Germany. Data never leaves the EU, and an Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) is available for all plans. RufLab also complies with the EU AI Act.
SMS notifications are charged at €0.15 per SMS across all plans. For example, if your assistant sends a caller an appointment confirmation via SMS, that counts as one SMS.
