RufLab conducts natural conversations in more than 30 languages. Whether your callers speak German, English, French, or another language entirely, the assistant responds naturally without any manual switching. You can activate multiple languages simultaneously, making RufLab well suited for businesses with an international customer base.

Supported languages

RufLab supports over 30 languages, including:

Multilingual support is included in all RufLab plans at no extra cost. You do not need a higher-tier plan or a separate add-on to enable additional languages.

Language detection

RufLab can detect the caller’s language automatically based on how they speak. There is no need for callers to select a language at the start of the call or press a number in a menu. The assistant identifies the language and responds in kind. Alternatively, you can configure a fixed language or a specific set of languages for your assistant, so it always responds in the language or languages your customers use most.

Multiple languages at once

Enable multiple languages simultaneously in your dashboard. This means a German-speaking caller and a French-speaking caller can both reach the same assistant and each have a natural conversation in their own language — without any change to your setup or number.

How to enable additional languages

You manage your language settings directly in the RufLab dashboard. To add or change languages:

Open your assistant settings

Go to your RufLab dashboard and navigate to the assistant configuration for the phone number you want to update.

Select your languages

In the language settings section, choose the languages you want to activate. You can enable one language or several simultaneously.

Save and activate

Save your changes. The updated language settings take effect immediately — no restart or technical intervention required.
