How integrations work

All integrations are configured inside the RufLab dashboard. You select the tool you want to connect, authorise access, and RufLab handles the rest. No code, no IT involvement. Once connected:
  • Calendar integrations check your availability in real time and block slots the moment a booking is confirmed.
  • CRM integrations write a new record — or update an existing one — as soon as a call ends, including caller details, time, topic, and outcome.
  • Automation integrations fire a trigger on every call, which you can chain to any action in Make.com or n8n.
  • Communication integrations route call summaries, alerts, or logs to Slack, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, or Google Drive.
